The 5 stages of onboarding
1. Recovering your needs
Let's take a moment to understand your needs:
- How do you work?
- How many people will be using Marvin?
- Do you already have an ATS, a database?
- Do you have any applications you'd like to integrate?
2. Import your database
We need a CSV file containing your database to import it into our ATS.

3. Personalize your space
You can customize the filters, the columns of the various Kanban boards, and the business fields and skills of your company.
4. Application integration
Give us the names of the applications you're used to working with, and we'll see what we can integrate.
We work with e-mailing, automation and multicasting tools.
5. Onboarding your team
Make an appointment with our product owner for a 30-minute to 1-hour training session.
We'll show you the tool in greater depth, along with tips and best practices.
Getting to grips with the tool is quick, and you'll learn instinctively how to use Marvin.
Afterwards, our support team will remain at your disposal.
