1 - The obligation to sign an ADEP agreement
Since November 2019, an ADEP subscription has been mandatory for all companies wishing to publish their job offers on APEC (Association pour l'Emploi des Cadres) from a multi-distributor ATS such as Marvin Recruiter.
Simply follow the steps below:
- Send us your request.
- Receive, complete and return the document that validates your ADEP subscription with APEC.
- Provide us with your identification number.
- Inform them of the date on which your advertisements will start to appear from the date of your subscription. Marvin Recruiter

2 - Validate your ADEP subscription with APEC
If you are not an ADEP subscriber, simply send a request to adep@apec.fr.

APEC will send you a table to fill in and, once the agreement has been signed and your APEC account activated, will give you an identification number that you will need to pass on to us.
3 - Send your identification number to Marvin Recruiter
Once you have signed the agreement with Apec, you are simply asked to share your ADEP identification number with our support team by sending an e-mail to support@marvinrecruiter.com.
Once we have received your e-mail, a member of our team will take charge of your request and accompany you until we have validated that your advertisements are online on the APEC platform.
